Whatever you do, make sure you go somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced. Their service techs will destroy your oil pan/oil pan plug and then blame it on your vehicle being “old” and when you ask them if they’re going to fix it, they’ll tell you it will be $1700 to replace the oil pan.. And, when I brought up how this was their mistake, they so graciously offered to take of 10%.. I can buy an OEM oil pan replacement for under $200. So where is the additional $1500 coming from? Labor? What a joke. You’d think if there were any issues going on with your oil pan and/or plug, that they would’ve mentioned that over the last 10 oil changes. But of course not. Their techs will whiskey throttle their torque drills, strip the threads, do a horrible job at fitting a new drain plug (oil is leaking hours after service was completed) and then tell you it’s “your” fault cause your vehicle is “old” Loyalty is dead these days. Doesn’t matter if your family has purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership or if you’ve taken your vehicle into this dealership for all aspects of service the past 12 years you’ve owned your vehicle. If you value good, honest service, look anywhere else. You won’t find a whiff of that here. Good riddance

Went to Nimnicht GMC to take a look at a used truck. Had an exact truck I was looking for. DW met us in the parking lot and listened to every detail I was looking for in the truck. After a quick trip to his computer to see what they had, we hopped in the golf cart and went looking. After looking at a couple, he threw the question out of why not buy new? I was rude and laughed at him and said, “It won’t ever happen, ain’t been dealt the hand in life to ever have brand new!!” Immediately he said let me show you this truck. Of course it’s brand new 2026 GMC 1500 Elevation and he opens the door and again I laughed and said, “Yeah ain’t no way, way too fancy for the likes of my pocket!!” DW didn’t bat an eye. After asking to speak with my gf about it, he gave us a second. I told the ol lady, let’s just leave and we’ll keep looking elsewhere for my future shitbox. She said he has our information let’s just see what he has to say!! We sat down at his desk and while he was back with finance, every single worker that walked by made eye contact and said hello. DW came back and said “Good news I can get this done and less than the payment you want!” I asked him he had to forgive me for my slack jaw gaze. He pulled the truck back to be washed and detailed while we finalized the paperwork with the rest of the very professional and outgoing staff. We were brought to Peter Snow, for the insurance paperwork to show proof of insurance before we drove off the lot, again the excellent service continued. He also gave us contact information to the in house insurance agent and said to contact him to see what he could work up for us for insurance on all our vehicles and home insurance as a whole. Next stop was Mr. Shannon and the signing of purchase agreement, tax, tag, and title. The professional and excellent service continued. Answered every question we had and saved us a few more dollars on The extended warranty and maintenance package. Once that was complete we were back with DW for the tag to go on and walk this roughneck through the infotainment system and the spaceship like interior buttons. DW we thank you for your professionalism, excellent customer service, and getting us into our Brand new GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. Couple days later went back to sit with Mahdi Milatyar to bundle our insurance. He worked his magic and got us insurance on 3 vehicles and home insurance for 12 months in what we’re paying for 6 months. Will be returning to Nimnicht GMC for the next vehicle we buy that is for certain.
