Ty Richmond was our salesman, he was fantastic! He had great energy and kept it real with us the whole time. He even added some comedic relief throughout the process making trade in/purchase a breeze. Nimnicht is family owned and provides great customer service. You get the sense that these people actually care unlike most dealerships. If they have a car you are interested I would check them out. I would be happy to do business with them in the future and hopefully I'll get to work with Ty again!

Everyone was very professional and the work was done on a timely basis. Later, someone from a related company pointed out something they thought was wrong with the car, and I pointed this out to the service dept. I received a text from one person and an email from another giving specific instructions and a diagram of what to look for, and it turned out the service dept had done things correctly. The 2nd opinion had been incorrect. I very much appreciate the interest and followup from the GM people to make sure everything was ok and they had done their jobs properly.
