Pretty pleased with the Experience I had at Nimnicht, was looking to get out of my midsize truck into something bigger. Explained exactly what I needed and what I didn't want and the Sales guy delivered. Got good trade in value and straight forward numbers. Also have to give a shout out to the service advisor Cameron, there was a small issue with the passenger mirror that he got me in immediately and had it fixed within few days once the part arrived.

I literally called in 20 mins before closing just curious to see if I can set an appointment or come in. Keith went above and beyond, Waited for me, stayed AFTER closing to ensure I was able to walk away with a brand new 2026 Buick the exact car I wanted from another dealership but I was able to get it fully loaded as well. I look forward to coking back and getting my truck.

I had a check engine light. Made an appointment. I arrived at the dealership and they couldn't find my appointment. They helped me anyway and had me out in less than an hour and half. I still don't know what happened to that appointment. But I'm grateful that they didn't turn me away. I'll certainly take my car there for all my service needs.
