I gave him my budget, and he worked with me to find the right vehicle without any pressure. I've never been in and out of a dealership so quickly while still feeling confident about my purchase. Harold is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the vehicles Nimnicht sells, and he genuinely cares about making sure you stay within your budget so you don't regret your decision later. I'll definitely be referring my family and friends to him! I also want to recognize Mahdi in Finance. He made us feel right at home and took the time to make sure we were getting the most value for our money. He even reviewed our Progressive insurance policy and helped us get better coverage for less than we were already paying. Walking out with a new car while also saving money on our insurance was an unexpected bonus! Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. I had a check engine light. Made an appointment. I arrived at the dealership and they couldn't find my appointment. They helped me anyway and had me out in less than an hour and half. I still don't know what happened to that appointment. But I'm grateful that they didn't turn me away. I'll certainly take my car there for all my service needs.

Everyone was nice and patient through the whole process. They look past my Credit issues and got me financed through the right bank.

They looked past my past, Credit issues with myself a truck driver that went through worker’s comp and recently approved for disability, through the up and downs of waiting for my disability, my credit and everything to a hit, however, they still got me approved when everyone else was saying no they made it happen

From my experience I think this was the best customer service I have received in a while.They don’t put any pressure on you, and they showed tremendous patience. I was able to get everything situated in just a few days. They even delivered a vehicle from another branch that I was interested in, and I ultimately went with that one. 5 out of 5!

Tom is an excellent service agent. He explained, thoroughly, the issues with my vehicle and what was required to repair it. The costs were quoted upfront and the work done was excellent. I will be bringing the rest of my vehicles here for service because of Tom's honesty and excellent communication.
