This was the first time I had visited your dealership. I have a vibration problem with my 2019 truck. Mario was my assigned service advisor. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my truck. He ask to keep it another day, stating he was not satisfied with the repair and changes. That was most impressive, more than what I got from Key Buick GMC. However, I had to carrier the truck back about a week later; where it has been since August 8th Mario was out that day and a guy by the name of David or Dan, I cannot remember his name. My confidence with him has gone out the window. On August 8th I checked in at 7:15am for service. He never came back to give me any update on my truck and passed me many times during the day. Finally at 1pm, He finally offered me a loaner. I did not hear from him that following Friday, Saturday or Monday, so, I called him on Tuesday afternoon around 2pm. He stated that he did not work the weekend and "I forgot about it", (WOW! Just what I wanted to hear!) I was calm as he went on to say he was getting an approval to replace the tires in the front. it is now 4pm Wednesday, August 14th and still no information on my truck from him; (I guess he forgot again.)Before him I was very happy with the service I received, and for the most part I am still appreciative of the services because of Mr. Mario. Comparing the two Mr. Mario made me feel as though he cared about me and about what he was doing and excellence was his goal; and he did not forget his customer.
Micheal Crabtree did a great job. Very patient and worked with us through the whole deal.
We had a great experience with Madison buying me first truck. She was very patient and even stayed longer than the store was open to make sure we were taken care of. Not a fan of dealers but hands down love these guys. I would come back in a heart beat!

By far the best in the game. Great customer service even bought us lunch. Easy to work with started online and both cars where ready and waiting when we arrived.
